Here's the deal: we're tackling it all. Mindset, how you show up in the world, your habits and routine but what's different about this one is you are going to have the opportunity to get 1:1 guidance during our hotseat moments. 

We're talking mind, body and spirit like we always do but we are going in DEEP. Get ready for a day that sets the standard for the rest of the year and beyond!

Annette Presley, RD will be speaking on nutriton secrets that should not be secrets! LADIES! She's our hormone expert this go round! She has coined herself as the Hormone Handler and she's going to drop some bombs that help you take over your life. 

OF course Tamika Taylor will be bringing down the house giving you the information you need to get you back on track post holiday, post storm season! If you have not yet started getting your shit togeter for the year by this event, well this will do it here!
